Scheduling Your Telehealth Visit:

Established Patients

Please call our office, a staff member will assist you in scheduling your telehealth visit. You will need an active Patient Portal account. Upon scheduling, you will receive a confirmation email and a reminder email prior to your visit.

Payments

A televisit is billed to your insurance like a normal office visit. Copays or deductible payments will be due at time of service. Payment will be collected upon check-in.

Starting Your Telehealth Visit

The day of your appointment our medical team will call you to assist with your check-in, review your concerns, medications, and medical history. If your provider recommended Lab and/or imaging studies, they will need to be completed and received by our office prior to your visit.

Requirements for Telehealth Visits

You will need a smartphone or a computer/tablet.

If you are using a smartphone:

You will receive a text message 30 minutes prior to the appointment
Open your text message and click on the check-in link
Follow the prompts for entering your vitals (optional) and questionnaire
Click on “Join Televisit”

If you are using a computer, you have two options:

Open your reminder email and Click “Join televisit “
Log-in to the Patient Portal and click on “Join televisit” under your scheduled appointments tab
