We are committed to providing you with the highest quality medical care possible in a cost-effective manner. We specialize in providing endocrinology care to our patients in the Savannah area.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment.  Co-payments are due at time of service.  If you have an unmet deductible, your healthcare plan has provided a negotiated patient responsibility due at time of service. You will receive an automated appointment reminder by email and text 1 week and 3 days prior to your appointment.  We recommend you confirm your appointment and begin your check-in process prior to arrival.  Missed appointments are subject to a $25.00 No Show Fee.  Cancellation requests received with less than 24 hour advance notice will be subject to a $25.00 late cancellation fee.

It is your responsibility to know your insurance benefits. Savannah Endocrinology is contracted with several insurance companies. We will verify your insurance coverage at each visit to help ensure your coverage is active. Notify the office if you have a change in address or insurance coverage. We offer a reasonable discount to self-pay patients. Payment is due at the time of service. Any outstanding balance over 60 days due will be referred to an outside collection agency and may be subject to a 10% collection fee. Any returned check will be charged a $25 bank fee.

We are happy to provide you with copies of your medical records when needed, however, there is a fee for this service. There will be a base charge of $10.00 for the copying of medical records and $0.75 per page.  Please allow our office 24-48 hours to prepare your medical records.  There are no charges if our office faxes your medical records to another medical provider upon receipt of your signed Medical Release form.  If you are requesting additional forms to be completed by the Provider, you will be charged an administrative fee.  Please refer to the Office and Financial Policy.
